Rock Solid Yoga offers small group classes for up to 4 participants. Enjoy a small group class with a few of your friends. Benefit from the energy of a group class with the option to get more individual guidance. Just let me know if there is something your group would like to work on whether you want you want to boost your energy with a vinyasa or power flow, or you crave more a relaxing hatha or yin class. With our proximity to the European institutions, you can quickly sneak in an hour of yoga with your friends during lunch or right before or after work.
